Gin Buck

Recipe on liquor.com.
The origins of this drink are totally lost, but it was a popular summer cooler in the 1920s, 30s, and 40s. It’s also a polite drink to order if a bartender is slammed, because it’s so simple to make.
It’s just booze (choose your poison), citrus juice (choose your Vitamin C), and ginger ale. I’ve used gin and lemon and this nice ginger ale from the liquor store, made in the UK.
It’s tasty, and deffo a good summer drink. Also an easy drink to make for guests, when we get to do that again.
